Iam-She collects personally identifiable information when you register for a Iam-She account, when you use certain Iam-She products or services, when you visit Iam-She pages, and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes. Iam-She may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners. When you register with Iam-She, we ask for your company name, address, email address, phone number, and additional business-related information. Once you register with Iam-She and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. Iam-She also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, Iam-She cookie information, and the page you requested. Iam-She uses information for three general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, and to contact you about specials and new products.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
Iam-She will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone. Iam-She may send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when: we have your consent to share the information; we need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested; we need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of Iam-She to provide a product or service to you. We use tracking technologies from Google AdWords. We guarantee that your personal information will never be sold or used irresponsibly at any time. We do not store your information on any of our hard drives.

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences
Iam-She gives you the ability to edit your Iam-She Account Information and preferences at any time by notifying us of the changes you wish to make by emailing email@example.com. You may request deletion of your Iam-She account by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. All inquiries will receive responses within 30 days of our receipt of them. Please be advised that some statistical information may possibly remain in our archived records after your account has been deleted. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
